BIOGRAPHY

Abdelmalek MAOUDJ is a career diplomat. He took office as Consul of Algeria in Bobigny in January 2022. He is married, father of five children.

He holds a degree in law and administrative sciences from the Faculty of Law -Algiers. He also has a DEUA in Administration and Finance from the Faculty of Law-Algiers as well as a State Diploma –PGS- in International Relations from the National School of Administration of Algiers.

He speaks Arabic, French and English.

He served as Deputy head of mission of Algeria in Antananarivo, Brazzaville, Cairo, Abu Dhabi and then in Muscat.

He also served at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs as: Head of Office at the General Directorate of Arab Countries, Deputy Director of Legislation, Regulations, Multilateral Treaties and International Law at the General Directorate of Legal and Consular Affairs, Deputy Director of the Diplomatic Pouch.
